Shipping Information:

Orders are typically mailed within 24-48 hours once the order has been placed.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All sales are final and there are no returns. The reason for this policy, which we strictly adhere to, is that DVDs and other media are easily copied these days. We will only replace defective DVDs once the defective DVD has been returned to us. Shipping and handling charges are never refundable.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How will my DVDs ship?

All DVDs ship via USPS First Class. Larger orders are usually upgraded to priority mail.

How much is shipping?

Shipping to any address within the United States for one DVD is $4.25. This includes the cost of postage, packaging material and delivery confirmation. Shipping bulk orders is typically a little more.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We ship to Canada. The shipping costs vary from Provence to Provence.

Do you accept PayPal?

We don't accept PayPal for two reasons: first, their fees for merchants are too high; and second, when we did use PayPal, our account was hacked twice. So, despite their claims of being the most "loved" way of transferring money on the internet, we really don't love them all that much. If you would like to pay by money order (we don't accept personal checks), please email first for directions. Regarding phone orders, we are not set up to take them at this time.

What happens if my DVD doesn’t work?

In the rare instance that you receive a defective DVD, there is no need to panic! We will replace any defective DVDs, free of charge upon return of the defective DVD. Just send us an email beforehand. Also, a note explaining what the defect is must accompany the returned DVD. Before returning what you believe to be a defective DVD, you should first try playing it in another DVD player, or your computer's DVD drive. Oftentimes, a DVD won't play correctly on older DVD players. But don't worry. It's very rare that our DVDs are defective. But like with any product, it does happen from time to time.

If the DVD doesn't work, why do I have to return it?

Because we need to return it to the manufacturer.

Would you replace one title with another?

No. Replacements are made for the same title only. In the event that the DVD is out of stock or no longer available, you will receive a full refund.

What if the post office loses or damages a DVD?

We ship with delivery confirmation. If the post office loses your DVD, it will be replaced. Same thing if the post office damages it. In case of a damaged disc, it must be returned to us so that we can send it back to the manufacturer before we can replace it. Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of Shipment Notification. Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. So make sure you give us your complete shipping address.
